Animal Intakes and Surrenders
Decisions on intakes for abandoned or found animals are based on available space in our rescue network. We require detailed information, including health records and photos, to ensure the best care for every animal.

Pet Surrenders
We understand that surrendering a pet is a difficult and emotional decision. CAARS is here to support you through the process, ensuring your pet is rehomed with care and compassion.
Surrender Requirements:
- You must be the sole owner of the animal, with supporting documentation.
- All animals must be fully vetted prior to surrender, with supporting veterinary records.
- Please send recent photos of the animal to camroseanimalalliance@gmail.com.
While we do not charge a surrender fee, we encourage donations to support our rescue efforts. All intakes and surrenders depend on available space in our foster home network.
